I work out everyday for 20-25 minutes.
– Warm up
– Stretching exercises
– Cardio- jumping jacks, stationary jogging and burpees
– Muscle building- squats, push ups and lunges
– Head stand and few stomach exercises.
No inspiration required. I love exercising.
Sometimes, in addition to this, if I’m getting bored, I do few exercises before bedtime also.
