As of now, we are conducting online sessions only. Thankfully, as this meditation method works whether online or offline with no difference, we are happy to meditate with more people even from far distances.

When you sign up, you have unlimited access to meditation sessions during our opening hours (7:30am – 9:00pm). Daily four sessions (7:30am / 11am / 5pm / 8pm) are going on and you can also book a one-on-one session at your convenient time.

As much or as little as you wish. We encourage students to attend as much as possible to see results and reach completion (the program can be completed in one year). Our main goal is for you to be happy and this means that you must choose the speed that brings balance and joy to your life.

No. The method is designed to be accessible to all people, regardless of education, age, experience with meditation etc. Children as young as 8 years old have been known to meditate and they tend to grasp the concepts right away and love it.

Credit or Debit card is the default option at this website. But, if you want to use NetBanking or UPI like Gpay/Paytm/PhonePe/WhatsApp, etc., you can contact us and proceed with us.

Just like going to the gym, you will not see optimal results in just one session. Meditation is just like going to the gym. You can go a few times, but a real result will be seen if you make a commitment to a longer discipline.
