Mind Cleansing Method

In the human mind, there are the life lived (karma), the habits (inherited from one’s ancestors), and the body. These make up the human mind. People live inside their own mind worlds, which overlap the world. They are not the true world, but worlds of illusions that they have made. That is why people live in false worlds, do false things and when they die, they just end up completely dying. This is why humans are incomplete. A person’s mind is one’s own fixed conceptions, habits and customs that only he himself possesses.

The Method To
Go To Truth

Part 1. Discarding Karma

Level 1. Throwing away remembered thoughts.
Level 2. Throwing away the images of myself and the images of human relationships.
Level 3. Throwing away my body.
Level 4. Throwing away my body and the universe.
Level 5. Throwing away my body and the universe.
Level 6. Myself disappears and becomes the universe.
Level 7. Eliminating my negative mind, the life lived, and the thoughts.

Part 2. Discarding Habits and Body

Eliminating Hwan (illusions of the mind) and Body.

The world where humans live:

– Full of pain, burden, stress and doubts.
– People cannot become Truth, which is the real existence,
and they do not know anything.
– When people die, they just die and disappear.

The existent world of Truth:

– There are no pain, burden, stress, or doubts.
– You can know everything.
– You live forever.
