What are some good habits to follow?
Changing your thoughts will change your actions. As a result, your habits change. Your life changes as a result.
Jealousy is a habit of mine. I am jealous of my coworkers who are more capable than me. The pain is unbearable. I continue to do the same thing. However, I have recently decided to stop.
As a meditation teacher to teenagers, I get jealous when I see my fellow teachers making better classes and being popular with the kids. I recently told a friend how I felt. This friend is also a meditation teacher.
Donna, I really appreciate the teachers who are more popular than me and make better classes. I’d like to buy lunch for that person.
I thought this friend was lying so she could criticize me. She wasn’t lying.
I’d be so happy if kids could let go of negative thoughts and live with a positive attitude. What a blessing it is to have someone who can make my students happy for me.
She wants the children to be happy and has become one with her work. So, she didn’t lose her energy comparing herself to others and working as the owner.
I felt ashamed. I cared more about standing out than making the children happy. I’m also thinking about why I guide my students through meditation. Through meditation, I started looking back at my feelings of inferiority and threw them away. Even though I already have a lot of strengths, I felt bad for my fellow teachers for my greed to copy and steal their strengths. From a very young age, I felt jealousy, inferiority, and superiority, and compared myself to others. I couldn’t escape this thought until I meditated because these habits became my identity. I’m more at ease now that I know what’s wrong. I can start over now that I know and admit I was wrong.

Donna, let’s live life for others. After meditation, we unloaded our stressful minds. From now on, let’s live by helping others.
Mediation, a friend full of positivity, and the will to change. They’re invisible to me, but noble things are so grateful and precious. So change your mind. Then the actions will change. If your actions change, you can build good habits. It changes your fate. Your future will be bright.
