    – A routine for weight training without equipment (45 mins)
    – A routine for weight training with dumbbells (7 mins)
    – Aerobic treadmill 8.5 km/h (30 mins)

    I work out everyday for 20-25 minutes.

    – Warm up

    – Stretching exercises

    – Cardio- jumping jacks, stationary jogging and burpees

    – Muscle building- squats, push ups and lunges

    – Head stand and few stomach exercises.

    No inspiration required. I love exercising.

    Sometimes, in addition to this, if I’m getting bored, I do few exercises before bedtime also.

    I will do cycling daily for atleast 15-25mins daily.
