How do you change your downhill habits for you to be committed to your goal?
The simple (not easy) answer is I had to let go of all of that negative thinking in my mind through meditation. I’m not talking about replacing the thoughts with positive ones which all the YouTubers and books will tell you to do. I’m talking about letting go FIRST, then after that, you can replace with positive thoughts, and start taking action. I had to look at how I lived, I had to look at my relationship with money...

How do you change your downhill habits for you to be committed to your goal?

Hey man, thanks for your question.

The simple truth is, there is no quick fix. It takes conscious and persistent effort. You need the right mindset, and then the most powerful way is to take an action against your habit – this is far more powerful than reading any book, watching any talk, and thinking any affirmation.

MY GOALS WITH MONEY

I had a goal of wanting to hit something modest like $75,000. But I could never even get past $2,000! I read Think and Grow RichRich Dad, Poor DadHabits of Highly Successful People and many other similiar books. But I never believed it would work, so my mind was the problem.

I had to look at how I lived, I had to look at my relationship with money throughout my life. All the times I had said money was evil, or argued about capitalism, or that money created greed and people were stupid for chasing it, was ingrained in my subconcious mind, so until I cleaned all of that from my mind, I only ever attracted more of that into my life. Then I also had to let go of all the times I failed to achieve my goals, all the times I told myself I wasn’t good enough, all the times where I didn’t get what I want. So there was so many layers to my negative mind that it honestly took me quite some time to work through.

I had to get rid of the old self talk and programming, and then I could build a new one from the ground up. Out with the old, in with the new! Then it was easy to make my mind up and stick with it and take consistent action towards that goal.

I have surpassed my goal after years of trying ONLY after I changed my mind.

I hope that helps, and good luck!
