The best way to change habits is to change your mind.
I look at it like this – habits are deeply ingrained in your mind not just from your own life, but inherited from your parents and your ancestors.
I don’t know about you, but I never felt like I had any freedom.
It was like I was just thinking and acting according to everything that was in my mind, like a preprogramed robot!
It’s like my mind was so hardened and stubborn, like a rock, that I could never change.
A PROCESS TO CHANGE THE HABITS
You got to soften the rock!
1) Self-reflection meditation – look at how I am, how I’ve lived, and let it go from my mind.
2) Let go of the habits – once I have clarity in my mind by seeing what I am not, I can see what’s left, and it’s all those habits which I can clear from my mind.
