It’s going to be a busy period, so I’m going to take a break for 1-2 months and do it again, is that okay?
This meditation you started is an unprecedented way to make you a complete Truth that you no longer need meditation. This is because the era has finally arrived when anyone can achieve human completion, which you have only heard by words. Who wouldn’t do this study, if you can become a complete being, achieve everything you want and live a happy and eternal life without worrying?
But, despite starting such an amazing journey, there are many people who give up in vain. Among them, the overwhelmingly common reason is the mind ‘Let’s take a break for a month or two.’ If you’re drawn to that mind and you actually take a break, there is a pretty slim chance that you’re going to resume your meditation a month or two later as planned and achieve human completion.
Why is that?
First of all, regardless of how hard you’ve been meditating, you should know that this mind is supposed to come up to everyone more than once. It’s simply because such mind is inside you. This is a very common kind of human mind that everyone has. On the surface, mainly the situation you’re in (business trips, travels, family events, financial situations, health conditions, no result in meditation, failing to go to the next level, etc.) will let you know that you had this mind inside you.
But, isn’t discarding mind what you are doing in this meditation to become Truth? All your thoughts are nothing but your karma that you’ve built up using your camera body onto habits that you inherited. So, whatever is in your mind, if you throw it away, it disappears. In short, for those who have decided to find Truth, all kinds of mind come up in order to be discarded. It is that you take the further step toward Truth by throwing away all the minds that come up.
The thought that ‘It would be better if I take a break’ is nothing special, but a fake mind that can be thrown away. However, if you follow that mind without discarding it and take a break in meditation, the “mind-discarding muscles” you’ve created so far will be loosen, while your human mind which you’ve fighted with as your enemy will recover its power very fast.
Your human mind that has become stronger due to your break in meditation will never bring you back to your meditation. Your mind will continue to make more reasons not be able to continue meditation, and when you couldn’t ignore the mind ‘Let’s take a month or two off’, of course you are not powerful to ignore more reasons your mind makes. Eventually, you have no choice but to go back to the state of being a slave of the mind before meditation and continue the same life.

Taking a month or two off meditation also doesn’t solve or improve the situations that caused you to take a break. Even after a month or two, you will still be in the same situation, because you still have the same mind. Nothing can be solved unless one discards his own mind.
As a result, you only miss the opportunity to become a complete being, solve everything and live happily. Yes, many people make this mistake without realizing it, simply because we humans have lived as slaves of the human mind for a long time.
However, at the same time, there are many people who discard the mind ‘Let’s take a break for a month or two’ as well, move forward and eventually achieve everything they want and live happily eternally. They finally achieve it all.
The group who choose to go back to their own mind world without exit and the group who achieve everything by becoming complete, which group do you want to belong to?
